Export Control Compliance
All Skyvance Defence technologies, services, and information are subject to export control laws and regulations. Unauthorized access, use, or transfer may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Skyvance Defence is registered under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The following items are controlled:
- Autonomous UAV systems
- Defense electronics and radar components
- Military aircraft subsystems
- Missile defence technologies
- Electronic warfare solutions
Access Restrictions:
- US / TR persons only (citizens or permanent residents)
- Valid security clearance required
- Need-to-know principle enforced
- Approved facility access only
Certain dual-use technologies are regulated by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).

All personnel and partners undergo background checks and sanctions screening.
